Sophie is our cycling doctor or doctoring cyclist. That depends a bit on the clothing she wears. She usually laughs, unless there is an ultimate boring powerpoint to follow at the university where she is doing PhD research into nutrition and eating behavior in patients. You can find her regularly on the Limburg roads. On one of these bike rides you can make her very happy with a Belgian ice cream.
