Since January 2023, Ekopak has been part of the women's team within the Wolfpack family, as an official shirt sponsor of AG Insurance – Soudal Quick-Step.

On a day like today, where we put World Water Day in the picture, we want to emphasize the importance of companies like Ekopak. The World Water Day campaign would like to make the general public more aware of the problems that prevail in this area, such as: water shortages, environmental disasters, and poverty. Where this campaign wishes to focus on sustainable development, it fits perfectly with the same mission of Ekopak.

Ekopak is a Belgian company that saw the first light of day in 2004 and has grown into a leading company with an international character. They are characterized by constant innovation and in this way they want to be the leading actor in water saving and water recycling. Their goal is therefore to continuously innovate and invest in one of the most important and scarce goods on this planet, namely drinking water. Ekopak not only wants to make a positive contribution to the environment, but also to provide our future generations with a better future.

Creating these building blocks for future generations therefore bridges the gap with supporting and investing in our riders of today and tomorrow. Women's cycling is on the rise and is playing an increasingly important role in this evolution. Water is of crucial importance for everyone, both for companies and for our male and female riders. We simply cannot perform without water. The sustainable, international and performance-oriented nature of Ekopak and the Wolfpack family ensures a synergistic connection. Together we want to grow, be the leading example and further expand each other's interests.

Team manager Natascha den Ouden spoke about this collaboration: “A few months ago I was able to meet Pieter Loose in person and there was an immediate 'click' in how we stand together in our own projects, namely both innovative and the drive to have a leading role. In addition, sustainability is of decisive importance for Ekopak, but also for us with regard to the development of international women's cycling. As a company, Ekopak carries out the same values that we as a team find very important. This means that we are very satisfied with a partner like Ekopak, for now and for the long term."

“We have been sponsoring the Soudal Quick-Step team since last year and we are very excited about this partnership. We are also now pleased to have a women's team join the Wolfpack family. Within Ekopak we have a passion for sport, for us it is a natural choice to support these young, talented cyclists. We are already looking forward to this season and to this collaboration”, added CEO Pieter Loose.
