Janom has already been at the side of the men’s team since 2012. This year they decided to take the partnership to another level, by also supporting AG Insurance - Soudal Quick-Step. The Slovak company focuses on development and investments into renewable energy sources and innovative ventures, such as green projects and helping to protect our environment. “Recently they have placed solar panels on our warehouse in Belgium, helping the team to build further on its #ItStartsWithUs campaign and to have a more energy efficient and sustainable building”

Speaking of the agreement, CEO Patrick Lefevere said: “We are grateful to have Janom aboard also in the story of our women’s team. We have a special bond after having had their support for so many years. We both want to innovate and grow, looking alike in many ways. It’s great to know they also want to support the women’s team, giving them the opportunity to grow and to be successful.”

Jan Miskovsky, CEO of Janom, is delighted with this new challenge: “It has already been 11 years since we started the marketing partnership with a successful Belgian World Tour team Soudal Quick-Step. This cooperation has brought us many valuable marketing possibilities to support our business in international growth and gain interesting opportunities. Our business in cleantech and renewable energy is closely related to cycling, considering this team focuses on sustainable and circular economy. I am happy that next to the men’s team, there is also a women’s team - AG Insurance - Soudal Quick-Step, which brings various synergistic effects for our mutual cooperation. This new challenge is a logical step for our cooperation with Patrick Lefevere and therefore we have decided to sign a multiple year contract, which may also help Slovak and Czech female cyclists to enter into professional cycling. I hope our female riders will grow to be as successful as the men’s team.”
