Nela is a first-year junior who will be riding for the AG Insurance-Soudal Quick-Step U19 team for the first time this year. She likes tough competitions like Paris-Roubaix but also likes a time trial. You can also sometimes find her on skis in the Czech Republic.
“I started cycling once because we all do it in our family. We really are a cycling family. When I was very young, I already got a bicycle and was encouraged to ride a lot. Very soon I loved it as much as my father. I don't think I would have come this far without his inspiration. My dream is to be one of the best riders in the world one day.”
