Meet Noëlle, the Swiss powerhouse at AG Insurance - Soudal since 2022. This versatile rider hasn't found her favorite race yet, but that doesn't stop her from tackling every course with full commitment.

"Cycling offers me unparalleled freedom," shares Noëlle, who joined the local club where her father has been a member for years, at the age of ten. Initially finding little joy in the sport - "It's so tough and it made me so tired," she laughs - her love for it grew through being outdoors, training, and racing with friends.

Thanks to her experience with mountain biking, Noëlle is adept on the bike. Off the bike, she enjoys being outdoors, preferably with friends and a good cup of coffee. She's always up for discovering new places and has a passion for baking. Did someone say cake?
